I consider my art to be a blending of two traditional forms of art into something unique. I call it Sculpture Illustration.

I have been drawn to horses and animal my entire life. I believe they are living work of art, I strive in bringing forth their energy and spirit in my artwork. Each piece reflects my great love for them and I also hope to inspire an understanding of their importance and connection to the world.

Although my formal education was in illustration, I have always loved to work with clay and ceramics, That combination is what led me to eventually become one of the few artists that do High relief sculpture, which is a rarity in the contemporary art world.. My work is Sculptured Illustration. I never use molds and I never cast my sculptures, so all my pieces are one of a kind.
