I was born on 11.07.1983 in Šibenik. A small town situated along the Dalmatian Croatian coast.
I am an ethnic Croatian.
Primary education I have gained in the hometown of Šibenik. Highschool of Applied Arts I attended in Split, direction sculpture. University education I finished at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, also direction sculpture. Not long after I started a two-year specialization, this time painting, where I completed the first year and left the further study, because of a given academic program.
I have experience in the scenography working as an assistant of the popular series game of thrones, which part was filming in Dubrovnik.
From childhood, I discovered innate talent, more precisely my parents did. Tirelessly was drawing and creating figurines in modelling clay.
Various influences have left their mark on my work. From early days I meet with works of two sculptors, Ivan Meštrović who was also the architect and Branislav Dešković, with his expressive animal sculptures who persuaded me to further development. Gradually I explored the world of art Michelangelo's renaissance sculptures and Rodin sensuality and emotion that exudes his work.
Going to the art academy in Italy discovered my interest in painting. More specifically, Florence radically changed my creative world. Among other museums, I immediately fell in love with the Uffizi gallery in which there was a large collection of Old Masters. I was simply dazzled by the works of the Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dürer, Rubens, Rembrandt etc. A big influence on me has done Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio, with his deep psychological analysis of characters and strong chiaroscuro. It led me to the Russian painting, European style, where I researched the works of painter Isaac Ilyich Levitan with characteristic painting landscapes, namely improved the mood landscape.
